Frequently asked questions

What is online notarisation?

You submit a prepared PDF and request details, then arrange an online appointment if the document is eligible. Identity and signing steps depend on the providers available for the request.

Which documents can Notari365 handle?

Legal and litigation documents, agreements, business and financial documents, and immigration documents. Suitability always depends on the document, applicable law, intended use and the authority receiving it.

Can I use Notari365 from outside India?

The booking page is available internationally. Select and check the correct timezone in Calendly before confirming; eligibility still depends on the document and intended use.

What identity documents do I need?

Keep a current government-issued photo identity document available. The exact check depends on the requirements and provider available for the request.

Which signing methods are supported?

Aadhaar eSign, USB-token DSC and Passport KYC Signing. Signing provider integration is in progress, and each method is labelled with its current status when you choose one.

Do I need to prepare the document myself?

Yes. Notari365 notarises a document you have already finalised. We do not draft documents or provide legal advice.
