Accessibility statement

We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 AA across the Notari365 platform, including the appointment and signing journey.

Last updated: 17 August 2026

What we have done

The following are applied across the platform.

  • Text and interface colours are checked against WCAG 2.2 AA contrast ratios.
  • All interactive controls are reachable by keyboard and show a visible focus ring.
  • Dialogs and drawers trap focus, close on Escape and return focus to the trigger.
  • Status is never communicated by colour alone; every badge carries a text label and an icon.
  • Form fields have permanent labels, described errors and an error summary on submit.
  • Primary tap targets are at least 44 by 44 pixels.

Known gaps

We are aware of the following limitations and are working to resolve them.

  • The document viewer does not yet expose extracted text to screen readers.
  • The video appointment room has not yet been tested with assistive technology; this integration is in progress.
  • Some long admin tables rely on horizontal scrolling on small screens.

Reduced motion

Where animation is used, it respects the operating system reduced-motion setting and falls back to an instant state change.

Reporting a barrier

If something on the platform prevents you from completing a task, use the dashboard support area or public contact page and describe the page and assistive technology you use.
