Terms of use

The terms that apply when you use Notari365 to arrange an eligible notarisation request.

Last updated: 17 August 2026

What Notari365 does

Notari365 is a platform and coordination service for request details, document handling and appointments. Identity and signing steps depend on the providers available for a request.

Notari365 does not provide legal advice and does not act as your legal representative.

What the notary does

The notarial act itself is performed by the appointed notary, who acts independently under applicable professional rules. The notary decides whether an act can be carried out.

Acceptance of documents

Whether a completed document is accepted depends on the document type, the jurisdiction and the authority receiving it. We cannot guarantee that any document will be accepted in every country or by every institution.

Terminology

The following terms are used throughout these conditions.

  • Notarisation: a notary verifies identity and authenticates a document or act.
  • Electronic signing: a signature is applied electronically by a participant.
  • Signature witnessing: a witness observes and attests to a signature.

Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, upload complete and legible documents, and confirm that you are entitled to submit them. Attempting to mislead a notary may be a criminal offence.

Fees, cancellation and refunds

Online payment is currently unavailable in the request flow. Any fee and payment terms offered separately must be reviewed before payment.

Service availability

Appointments and online processing are subject to document eligibility, notary availability and applicable legal requirements. Where an identity, signing, payment or video provider is not yet active, the affected step is clearly labelled on the relevant screen.
