Who we are

Notari365 provides an online platform for coordinating eligible notarisation requests. In this notice, 'we' means the Notari365 platform operator.

Information we collect

We collect only the information needed to arrange and evidence a document request.

  • Account details: name, email address, mobile number and country of residence.
  • Identity evidence: the identity method you choose and the result of that check.
  • Documents you upload, together with file metadata and an integrity hash.
  • Appointment records, participant details and session audit events.
  • Payment records, if a payment provider is enabled for your request. The current request flow does not collect card details.

Why we use it

We use your information to check eligibility, verify identity, arrange an appointment with a notary, produce a completed document, and keep the records that a notary is required to keep.

Sharing

We share information only as needed with the notary assigned to your request, participants you add, and any service provider enabled for the relevant step. We do not sell personal information.

Storage and security

Uploaded documents are stored in private storage and are only reachable through short-lived signed links issued to people connected to the request. Access is logged.

Retention

Records are retained according to applicable legal, professional and operational requirements. Contact us for information about a particular record.

Your rights

You may ask for a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion where no legal retention duty applies. Use the support area of your dashboard or the public contact page.
