Choose document
Select the category and type of document you need notarised.
We confirm whether the online route is suitable for your document and where it will be used.
Upload PDF and add participants
Upload your final PDF and add each signatory and witness.
Review the document page by page before anything is finalised.
Complete required checks
Complete the identity and eligibility checks required for your request.
Passport KYC verifies identity only; it is not electronic signing. Some identity integrations are not yet available.
Book appointment
Choose a time in the booking calendar, which shows your timezone.
Booking reserves a time; it does not confirm payment or eligibility. Online payment is not currently available.
Attend and sign
Join the online appointment and follow the notary's instructions using the approved signing method.
Electronic signing is available only when a supported provider is configured for the request.
Receive completed document
Once the notary completes the act, the document is available in your account.
Completion depends on eligibility, provider availability and the notary's decision.
