FAQs
Frequently asked questions
Everything you need before you start a request.
What is online notarisation?
You submit a prepared PDF and request details, then arrange an online appointment if the document is eligible. Identity and signing steps depend on the providers available for the request.
Which documents can Notari365 handle?
Legal and litigation documents, agreements, business and financial documents, and immigration documents. Suitability always depends on the document, applicable law, intended use and the authority receiving it.
Can I use Notari365 from outside India?
The booking page is available internationally. Select and check the correct timezone in Calendly before confirming; eligibility still depends on the document and intended use.
What identity documents do I need?
Keep a current government-issued photo identity document available. The exact check depends on the requirements and provider available for the request.
Which signing methods are supported?
Aadhaar eSign, USB-token DSC and Passport KYC Signing. Signing provider integration is in progress, and each method is labelled with its current status when you choose one.
Do I need to prepare the document myself?
Yes. Notari365 notarises a document you have already finalised. We do not draft documents or provide legal advice.
What file type and size can I upload?
One PDF per request. The maximum file size is shown on the upload step and is enforced before the file is stored.
Who can join the appointment?
The organiser plus any signatories and witnesses you add. Each participant provides their name, email, mobile number, country, timezone, role and signing method.
Can I reschedule?
Use the rescheduling link in your Calendly confirmation. Any applicable cancellation or fee terms must be checked before changing the appointment.
How is my document stored?
Uploads go to private storage. Only you, your participants and the assigned notary can access the file, and every access is recorded in an audit trail.
How do I pay?
Online payment is currently unavailable in the request flow. Any applicable fee and payment method must be confirmed separately before payment.
How do I get the completed document?
The outcome is shown in your dashboard. A completed document is available only when the request is eligible and the required provider and notary steps have been completed.
Suitability and acceptance depend on the document, applicable law, intended use and receiving authority. Notari365 does not provide legal advice.
